Ian has been working in medical aesthetics since the early 2000s — which, in “aesthetic years,” makes him a true veteran of the industry. Over his career, he has held senior roles with some of the world’s leading aesthetic companies, including Galderma in Australia and across Asia. His expertise spans cosmetic injectables, energy-based devices, skincare, and medical technologies.
Before founding Hyperion Aesthetics with his wife Rachel in April 2025, Ian was the Managing Director of EnVogue Skin. His decision to launch Hyperion was driven by a passion for products that genuinely improve and protect skin health. Having seen the industry’s heavy reliance on filling and freezing, Ian recognised a growing need to focus on the root causes of skin ageing. Inspired by innovative treatments from Europe and the United States that harness the skin’s natural ability to heal, repair, and regenerate, he set out to make these solutions more accessible to practitioners across Australia.
Iola is a respected leader in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, bringing over 30 years of experience to her role as Director and Owner of REVEAL, a leading aesthetics wholesaler. Her enduring passion lies in empowering individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
From her early career as a skin therapist to holding senior national positions in medical aesthetics, Iola has is committed to bringing innovation and growth to her industry partners. She champions a modern, client-focused approach designed to support clinicians and elevate the standard of care across the industry.
Ali is a dedicated Business Development Manager with five years of experience working with premium products in the Australian aesthetic market. She has worked across multiple portfolios, supporting businesses to enhance their offerings and achieve sustainable growth.
Holding a Bachelor of Business with a major in Management, Ali combines strategic insight with a tailored approach to Client support. She is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering solutions that make a real difference to both practitioner and clinic performance.
